This method will register a new user. Please note that calling this method requires a UserAuthAdmin token.

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Remarks
Username	The username	required
Password	The password	required
CustomerId	The customer id	optional
Email	The email	optional
v	Method version.	optional. by default, it’s 1.

Result	This is either 0(=success) or 1(=error).	always returned
Message	The message that provides additional information about the result.	always returned.
